Steve Black
Chief Operation Officer & Owner
A Williston, ND native, has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. A former U.S. Army captain and Chinook (CH-47D) pilot, he holds a Bachelor's in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota. Steve credits his military background for his operational expertise, which he applies as owner and operations manager of Rise Oilfield & Industrial Safety. He also serves on the board of FlowCore Systems, is an elder at New Hope Church, and was named one of Williston Basin’s "Top 20 Under 40" by the Williston Herald in 2019
Jazz Iredia
Director of Training, Controller & Owner
Originally from Houston, Texas, now calls North Dakota home. With over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he is a dynamic trainer known for delivering engaging and informative instruction. Passionate about safety, he strives to equip clients with the knowledge to create safer work environments while meeting their operational needs. Jazz studied Pre-Law at the University of Connecticut and Liberty University, where he earned his bachelor's degree.


Texas Beltran
Director of Fire Safety, Marketing & Owner
Originally from Houston, Texas, now resides in Williston, North Dakota. With over 15 years of experience in customer relations and more than two years in the oil field, he focuses on providing long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. His goal is to assist clients with strategic planning to ensure lasting success.
Frankie Garay
Director of Field Rescue Operations & Owner
From Puerto Rico, has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and served six years in the National Guard. With expertise in the latest technologies, on-site rescue, and Hâ‚‚S testing, he takes a practical and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Recognized with the Army Achievement Medal, he is driven by a vision to stand out in the industry and become the leading face of rescue services in the Bakken area.
